REVOLUTIONIZING ALZHEIMER'S TREATMENT

Severe Alzheimer's has been left behind. We went there first.

Noah Pharmaceuticals is developing an investigational once-daily oral therapy for severe Alzheimer's disease — the stage with no approved disease-targeted treatment, and the families carrying the heaviest burden.

WHY SEVERE DISEASE

The greatest need in Alzheimer's is the least served.

Every therapy approved for Alzheimer's disease today either manages symptoms or is indicated only for the earliest stages of disease. For the millions of patients who have progressed beyond those stages — and for the families and caregivers around them — there is currently no approved therapy that targets the underlying disease.

NOAH'S FOCUS
Disease-targeted approvals by stage of Alzheimer's disease, at a glance.

Severe Alzheimer's is also where the human and economic burden concentrates: round-the-clock care needs, caregiver strain, and some of the highest per-patient costs in medicine. Noah Pharmaceuticals was founded to work on exactly this stage of the disease.

OUR APPROACH

One tablet. Three medicines. Multiple pathways.

Our lead program, an investigational fixed-dose combination, brings together three medicines — each approved by the FDA for other conditions for decades — selected to act on multiple biological pathways implicated in Alzheimer's disease.

Built on established medicines

Each component has a long, extensively documented history of human use in its original indication, giving the program a deep foundation of published safety experience.

A combination by design

Alzheimer's is increasingly understood as a disease of interacting processes — inflammation, lipid metabolism, and cellular housekeeping among them. Our program was designed from the outset as a combination, not assembled after the fact.

Made to be used

A once-daily oral tablet, intended to be taken at home — no infusion visits, no ports. Access and practicality are design goals, not afterthoughts.
